Rosie was a godsend for me when I was trying to rent my condo in downtown TO. All other avenues had failed and it was a difficult property to find the right tenant that suited. If you are looking for the best real estate agent EVER… look no further. Rosie ROCKS. She impressed me from the very beginning when she responded back to my message in less than an hour and after talking briefly with her she sent me a general list of properties 15 min later with a promise for a more detailed list later. After meeting Rosie in person, I was convinced that she was the real estate agent I had been looking for. I had absolutely NO experience looking for a property and I was a first time buyer. I felt no pressure when viewing properties and, as a result, felt free to take the time to look over the properties thoroughly. Actually, Rosie was so helpful there were a couple of times she pointed out things that I hadn’t initially noticed which made the property less than ideal for my situation. Sometimes, she was the one talking me OUT of buying a property!!!!! What makes Rosie so awesome is that she genuinely cares that you find the perfect home that you are looking for. She wants to make sure that you LOVE where you live and is willing to continue looking until you find it. I should know! I’m notoriously picky and Rosie continually assured me that it was a GOOD thing, even though I kept dragging her all around downtown Toronto to look at properties! If needed, she even makes recommendations for lawyers and mortgage brokers, who are equally as fabulous as her! What absolutely convinced me that Rosie would be my real estate agent for life is when I had a problem after closing. The seller failed to provide me with both sets of keys to my condo on the closing date. I called Rosie and she called the seller’s agent and continued to follow up with him to make sure that I received them even though it took a week! In fact, sometimes she was emailing ME to ask for an updates on the situation! So if you are looking for a real estate agent who responds promptly, who is well informed and will help walk you through one of the most important purchases of your life, who will look out for your best interests to make sure you find a home that is absolutely everything you are looking for, who will send you updates on new properties as soon as they hit the market so that you can arrange a viewing ASAP put an offer in before anyone else, who is easy to talk to, very friendly and very knowledgeable about the housing market, then look no further!!!
